Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens and schedules change! Therefore we request at least 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment.

To book an appointment a credit card is required. Appointments canceled within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service total.

If you are unable to make your appointment and “No-Show” 100% of the service total will be charged.

All cancellations must be done through calling Jonny.Levi Studio at (206) 451-4431.

Jonny was the sweetest and kindest to get me in on his day off!! I had the best haircut !! I was exhausted being a single mom of two kids and working. He gave me lots of coffee lol and let me rest !! Holden gave me exactly what I wanted with my cut and color, and as a bonus he's kind, engaging and a real pleasure to converse with. Everyone who works there seems friendly, and the studio has a light, airy feel. Just a great all-around experience.

Whether you’re looking for a solid reliable hair salon or looking for a salon that’s welcoming to everyone, especially LGBTQ+ folks, Jonny Levi Studio is by far the best place to go for any of your haircare and now also skincare needs!!! I’ve been with different stylists at their salon since opening, (shout out to Gilian!) and every single one has taken great care and detail with my haircut or color and skincare. Cora is an amazing and super fun to talk to esthetician, and every time I have seen her she’s been extremely detailed and tells me everything I need to know to take care of my skin and eyebrows. I cannot more strongly recommend a salon than Jonny Levi Studio, or be more thankful for the amazing service they’ve provided to me since their opening.

My hair needed help - my look was tired and I was desperately seeking a stylist that could make me look and feel great. So I started asking everyone woman with a cute pixie cut where she had her hair cut and EVERY answer was Melissa at Johnny Levi.I now look and feel fabulous because of Melissa. Going pixie is a dramatic step and she turned my bob gone bad into a fun and flirty pixie cut that I just love.The studio is so beautiful too ... with the big windows showcasing sweeping views of Eagle Harbor and all the tropical houseplants making it feel fresh. I am so happy I found Melissa at Johnny Levi Studio! Thank you!

I have been going to Jonny Levi Studios since they opened and have always had a top drawer experience. The atmosphere is fantastic and Jonny has created a gorgeous space with an incredibly enthusiastic and talented team. Sarah has worked closely with me to transform my old and tired color into gorgeous new dimensions. She has helped me transition from someone who was coming in far too often for "root touchups" to embracing my natural color that is highlighted to enhance that! Rachel has also been amazing - she has provided me with lash lifts as well as tints to my lashes and brows - helping me to spend far less time in front of the mirror while still being able to leave the house feeling confident! Most recently I had a Brazilian Blowout from Gillian and holy cow - GAME CHANGER! My more "mature" hair has taken on a whole new fantastic and SMOOTH texture. My life has just gotten that much better and I look in the mirror and can't believe it is my hair with little to no work or styling - I am truly in disbelief how amazing a transformation this has been. Many of us have noticed how the texture of our hair has changed as we have gotten older. This process really left my hair looking and feeling like it did when I was younger! I am so thankful for the really lovely human beings doing their magic at Jonny Levi Studio!

Only salon I will go to. I've had my hair cut by 3 or 4 different people there and each time it's amazing. They're all so thoughtful and always make me feel comfortable, which is something I usually am not when getting my hair cut! The best!

I was a little nervous to have a big cut and color after foreeeeever, but Gilian was amazing. I showed her a photo of something I liked, unsure if it would work for my hair, and she said "We can totally do that! I got you.' And she did! The cut and color were fantastic and it was just what I was looking for. Everyone at the salon was super kind including the cute little turtle. I was very happy and will definitely be back.

I have 3 daughters with 3 very different hair styles. Jonny Levi Studio stylists always do a great job of listening and skillfully creating the cut that each of us wants. The best part is that they are welcoming, warm and professional. I love being able to schedule my services from their app so I don't have to try to make a phone call and coordinate with someone who is surrounded by blow dryers :) ALSO! I am so stoked that the studio now has an esthetician who can manage all this hair on my face, too! YAY JONNY LEVI!

Jonny (Levi) has been my stylist since he started. He left me for Miami but he is back and better than ever. It's a haul to get to Bainbridge Island from Renton, but the minute I walked in I knew I was going to walk out of there feeling like a million bucks. And I was right. He knew exactly what to do. He stays up to date on the latest techniques, he is educational, he is AMAZING and I love him. Well worth the trek.
